AUPU Terms and Conditions
This document contains AUPU’s SMS messaging program terms. Additional terms may be added as our services expand.

By providing your mobile phone number to AUPU and giving verbal consent during a phone call to our customer support line, you agree to the following terms governing AUPU’s SMS Customer Support program.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The AUPU Customer Support SMS program (“Program”) sends transactional text messages to customers regarding the status of their customer support tickets. Messages may include ticket creation confirmations, status updates, agent reply notifications, and resolution notifications. No marketing or promotional content is sent under this Program.
PROGRAM OPERATOR
The Program is operated by AUPU and delivered via Twilio Inc., our SMS service provider.
SENDER PHONE NUMBER
Messages are sent from the toll-free number +1 (888) 899-7618.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and reside in the United States to participate.
HOW TO OPT IN
You may opt in to the Program by verbally agreeing to receive SMS updates during an inbound phone call to our customer support line at +1 (888) 899-7618. Our AI assistant or live agent will read the SMS opt-in disclosure and ask for your consent. Your verbal “yes” is recorded as your opt-in.
HOW TO OPT OUT
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at aupu@aupuservice.com.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on the activity on your support ticket. You will typically receive between 1 and 5 messages per support interaction.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
SUPPORTED CARRIERS
Supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
PRIVACY
Information you provide while using the Program is governed by AUPU’s Privacy Policy at https://aupu.global/news-3-2/. AUPU does not sell, rent, or share mobile information collected for the Program with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
AUPU may modify or terminate this Program at any time, with or without notice. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
